How is the unit powered?
The unit is powered via either a 24V transformer where 110V regular power outlets are available, or via a solar panel and battery in areas where no power is available. A 50W solar panel with a 50Ah battery is expected to keep our system running with about a 4-day battery backup in locations with good solar availability.
How does the unit stay online?
We use a combination of cellular, satellite and WiFi connectivity. Our proprietary systems manage the unit online status. We connect when needed or when remotely requested by you. This allows us to save on power and bandwidth making our system efficient, greener than the competition, and effective when you need it.
How does rapid detection work?
Delphire leverages the combination of three sensors (visual camera, thermal camera and smoke sensors) to detect fires at their earliest stages all fed into our smart AI system that analyzes that data inside our self-contained unit.
How does visual confirmation work?
Because Delphire analyzes all the data locally, we can selectively send only the critical images to you once an issue is detected. This lowers the need for human interaction while providing you a definitive way to ensure it is a false positive.
What are push notification alerts?
Our systems can send alerts directly to your email, phone and or our app for direct fast notification. Our app will be the fastest, but email and phone SMS messages are generally delivered within 30 seconds.

Does the unit support remote diagnostics?
Yes, the unit can have both automated and on-demand diagnostics so that each unit can be functionally tested. In addition, each unit can be set to report data at preset intervals.
